An Easy On The Go Breakfast

Ingredients

2 scoopsPower Up Vanilla Protein Blend

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbspBaked Apple Sweet Dip Mix

1⁄2 cup milk, your choice

1⁄3 cup nut or seed butter, your choice

1⁄4 cup honey or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line 1⁄4 Sheet Pan with 1⁄4 Sheet Pan Liner.

  2. In a large bowl, combine protein blend, oats, chia seeds, and sweet dip mix. In 4-Cup Prep Bowl, combine milk, nut butter, and honey. Add wet mix to dry mix and combine; spread out evenly over the pan.

  3. Bake 13 min, or until the edges start to brown. Let cool completely before flipping onto a cutting board. Slice into 12 bars.
